Many of our captains sail out of Ft Lauderdale’s Port Everglades, and Hillsboro’s inlet. Still others sail from Miami and even the Keys.

The club was founded in November of 1988 by a group of singles who sailed and wanted to sail with others like themselves. By having active volunteers organizing sails and social events we have continued for 21 years.

Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or someone who would like to step on board for the first time, Sailing Singles of South Florida is for you. Becoming a member can open your world to new, blue, horizons. We are nice people offering sailing, social activities and educational classes. It’s a great way to meet other singles! You do not need a yacht to join!
